Four chickens stolen from Kew allotment

Posted on March 21, 2013

Mr Ward discovered the brood of chickens, named Tikka, Molly, Cassy and Sanibel, were missing on Thursday morning, March 14, when he went to the allotment. The owner knew that they were stolen because there was no blood or feathers, which would suggest a fox.

I interviewed a student at grey court school, home to 4 chicken runs who said “I would be upset if the chickens were stolen”.

As Grey Court keeps a number of chickens on site we sympathise with their loss.  Our chickens are very important to us and the Community and hope you are reunited with them soon.
